Plans, develops, tests and documents computer programs according to specification, applying knowledge of programming techniques and methodologies.
Prepare test data, test scripts and test coded programs thoroughly to validate completeness and accuracy.
Prepare development documentation (Functional, Program, User Specification).
Assist in design system and analysis of program specification.
Perform installation and deployment of system.
Produces or validates the schedule and effort estimate for each task they perform, commit to the assigned task.
Demonstrates the ability to understand, challenge, contribute or construct software specification and is capable of building software in line with the specifications.

Requirements
Diploma/ Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology or equivalent, with minimum 2 years of work experience with Spring framework or equivalent
Candidate should have technical knowledge in the following areas: Java, Hibernate, Postgre SQL and etc
Preferably with Card or Banking Solution Experience
Preferably with at least one full SDLC implementation experience in any project
Ability to work independently with minimum supervision but still able to deliver good results
Able to make sound proposal and critical decisions with supervisor’s guidance
Ability to lead the team to ensure timely deliverables within the SOP
Define and manage resource plan together with the Project Manager aligning to the project schedule.
Performs impact analysis on new initiative, design and development
Supports or delivers development according to System Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
Delivers business systems enhancements, integration and implementation according to users requirements
Reviews technical design
Reviews internal test plan & result and support SIT and UAT for any assigned projects
Responsible in managing technical risks throughout any project
Ensures compliance of SOP within organisation.

Requirements
Minimum 3-5 years experience in project management of application systems and systems integration.
Excellent technical, problem-solving, interpersonal and communication skills.
Familiar with Agile Project management Methodology and good knowledge of project management lifecycle.
Outstanding skills in writing, presentation and needs analysis, strong orientation towards people.
Be goal-oriented, innovative, self-motivated and the ability to manage complex projects.
Ability to balance technology and business needs, and managing occasional conflicts.
Good understanding of technology, and Internet savvy.
