Silverlake Axis Awarded Digital Platform Contracts
The Board of Directors of Silverlake Axis Ltd (“SAL” or “the Group”) is pleased to announce that the Group has recently secured two contracts to deliver digital platforms for financial services in Malaysia.
The first award is from a fund institution and the project is to transform their e-services with a digital platform which can be accessed via mobile devices and the web. The platform is aimed at digitally supporting the fund members’ activities such as e-contributions and withdrawals.
The second win is with an established regional insurer and the digital insurance platform to be provided will consolidate and enhance services for their members, including the facilitation of policy servicing and claims.
The Group’s software solutions and services deployed for these projects will be delivered by its wholly-owned subsidiary, Cyber Village Sdn Bhd.
The contracts are expected to contribute positively to the results of SAL in the current and following financial years. Pursuant to the confidentiality clause stipulated with the customers, no further details of the contracts will be disclosed. None of the directors or substantial shareholders of SAL has any interest, directly or indirectly, in the above contracts other than through their respective shareholdings in SAL.
